"We will no longer participate in federal pandemic unemployment programs because Tennesseans have access to more than 250,000 jobs in our state," said Gov. Bill Lee.

"It's not because you end unemployment benefits that everybody will find a job," said Daco, noting that the terminations will do more harm than good because some residents can't return to work at this time.
